Our Company Return Policy

We hope that you love and enjoy everything you purchase from Couture Candlez by Jewelz, but for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 10 calendar days of the receipt of the product. Please note that some items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged. On eligible products, refunds will be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase once it has been returned to Couture Candlez by Jewelz in it's original condition. Please see our company return policy below.

Refunds & Returns

All eligible items will need to be returned at your expense and must be unused. We suggest you purchase shipping insurance to help ensure we receive your returned item(s). We will not refund or exchange any candles that have been lit or melted. All items should be packed well & returned in the original packaging. Please enclose a copy of your order invoice indicating which items you are returning with the reason for the return.

Broken/Damaged Items

Unfortunately, products can become damaged during shipping. If you suspect breakage, do not open or handle it. Simply email and we will issue a call tag to have the item returned. If you happen to open your package and notice damage, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ask that you submit pictures of the front, side, and bottom of the candle with a description of the issue.

Shipping Policy

Couture Candlez by Jewelz will ship most items within 3-5 business days. If you have an event in which you need your item(s) shipped by a certain time, please contact email to make a special shipping request. If an overnight shipment is required, you will be invoiced and responsible for paying the overnight shipping fee prior to shipping the items.

Hot/Warmer Seasons

Please note that we are located in Texas. If the temperature for the day is over 85 degrees, we will hold all shipments due to the fact that candle wax is sensitive to heat and we want your product to get to you in good condition. During these hot/warmer climates, we will not ship on Fridays, in the effort to keep your products from sitting in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse over an entire weekend. If your shipment must be delayed due to the hot/warmer climate, you will be notified.
