Refund policy
We take pride in ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchase. Please rest assured in knowing that our products go through a very thorough inspection prior to shipping. Please review the following information regarding refunds and exchanges:
- Returns must occur within 10 days of receiving your original purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and in the same condition you received it.
- Items cannot be returned due to not liking a selected fragrance.
- Gift card purchases are not eligible for a refund or return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable; therefore, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs on items being returned.
- Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you that your return has either been approved or rejected.
- If your return is approved, a refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

*Orders that return to our facilities or show in our carrier's tracking system as being undeliverable will be refunded (less shipping) back to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of its return or notification of being undeliverable.
